This is a full-time, target-driven B2B inside sales role not an HR coordination job.
Build relationships with company HR's across India
Pitch trained candidates for open roles and drive placements
Achieve placement targets-every week/month
Be responsible for driving hiring closures and reporting performance
Follow up persistently to ensure candidate success
Reach out to HRs via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
Maintain trackers and follow-up logs
Hit your weekly placement targets
Coordinate with HRs during interview process
You have excellent communication and negotiation skills
You love sales and target-driven work
You can handle pressure and meet deadlines
You are ready to hustle and grow in a dynamic team
You are punctual (9 AM login is a must)
Salary: 3-4 LPA (Fixed)
