Key Responsibilities:

• Franchise Sales:

  Identify, approach, and close potential franchisees to expand our pizza franchise network in Pune.

• Franchise Model Development:

  Collaborate with senior management to develop, refine, and optimize the franchise business model to maximize profitability and scalability.

• Sales Planning:

  Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans for franchise acquisition aligned with company growth targets.

• Lead Generation:

  Generate and nurture leads through various channels including networking, digital marketing, events, and referrals.

• Franchise Onboarding:

  Assist new franchisees with the entire setup process, including documentation, training coordination, site selection, and compliance.

• Relationship Management:

  Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential franchise partners to ensure sustained business growth.

• Market Research:

  Analyze the Pune market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for franchise expansion.

• Reporting:

  Provide regular updates and reports on franchise sales progress, challenges, and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  
• Proven experience (3+ years) in franchise sales, business development, or sales management, preferably in the food & beverage or quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.
  
• Strong understanding of franchise business models and operations.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a target-driven environment.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Familiarity with the Pune market and its business landscape is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
