Delivery Head Global (Manufacturing Vertical Expert) Summary:Delivery Head Global Manufacturing will be responsible for managing and driving successful delivery of IT services and solutions for the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IT services for manufacturing, experience in managing large delivery teams, and a strong understanding of digital transformation, Industry 4.0, MES.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services, solutions, and digital transformation programs for manufacturing clients globally.Implement best practices, automation, and delivery frameworks to improve efficiency and agility.Ensure adherence to governance, risk management, and compliance standards.Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management:Serve as a strategic partner to C-level executives of manufacturing clients, understanding their business challenges and technology needs.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across business and IT teams.Business Growth & P&L Management:Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and collaborating with sales teams for expansion.Manage P&L ($200+ million) for the manufacturing vertical, ensuring profitability and cost optimization.Technology:Stay ahead of industry trends in smart manufacturing, IIoT, cloud, AI/ML, automation, and digital twins.Partner with solution architects and innovation teams to develop next-gen IT solutions for manufacturing clients.Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with Industry 4.0 and smart factory concepts.Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelors or masters degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Business. MBA preferred.Experience: 20+ years in IT services delivery, with at least 8+ years in leadership roles managing large manufacturing accounts.Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, digital transformation, and Industry 4.0 solutions.

Job description:Responsibilities: Schedule and track classes, laboratories, and industry visits for academic programs.Coordinate schedules for faculty, assessments, project presentations, Guest lecturers, placements etc. including logistical arrangements and communication with internal and external stakeholders.Manage faculty absence, or any other unanticipated disruption to classes, ensuring smooth operation of academic activities.Ensure timely submission of exams and grades in LMS, working closely with faculty members and administrative staff.Oversee the admission paperwork process, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and processed in a timely manner.Facilitate student activities and events, including organizing and promoting extracurricular programs.Maintain alumni database and facilitate alumni engagement initiatives, including events and networking opportunities.Preferred Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.Experience working in a higher education setting is a plus.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with faculty, students, and alumni.
