Were now looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to help grow our brand and drive customer engagement. Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and franchise growth. This role will oversee both traditional and digital marketing efforts, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all platforms. Key Responsibilities: Brand & Campaign Management: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote XTO Pizzas products, seasonal offers, and franchise openings. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints. Lead the creation of in-store marketing assets, packaging, and promotional signage. Digital Marketing: Manage social media channels, website content, email marketing, and online advertising. Monitor digital analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to track performance and optimize campaigns. Lead online reputation management including review platforms and customer feedback. Local Store Marketing & Support: Design and support local marketing initiatives for individual franchise locations. Collaborate with franchisees to ensure alignment with national campaigns while addressing local market needs. Content & Creative Direction: Oversee content creation (copywriting, photography, video) for campaigns and promotions. Work with graphic designers and agencies to produce compelling visuals and promotional content. Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Provide strategic input for product launches, pricing, and positioning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in QSR, F&B, or franchise businesses. Proven experience with digital marketing tools, SEO, PPC, and analytics platforms. Strong project management, communication, and creative thinking skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and franchisees. Preferred Skills: Experience working with food & beverage brands. Knowledge of CRM tools and loyalty programs. Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
