PHP Laravel Developer

Job Title: PHP Laravel Developer Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented PHP Laravel Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OOP concepts, Core PHP, MVC architecture, Laravel framework, frontend technologies (especially Tailwind CSS), RESTful API development, and testing practices. You will be responsible for building scalable applications, integrating APIs, ensuring seamless performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience with Android API forwarding and Flutter app development will be considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Backend DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel framework. Write clean, secure, and reusable code following OOP principles. Implement MVC architecture to ensure modularity and maintainability. 2. Core PHP & Laravel ExpertiseBuild custom features and modules using Core PHP and Laravel. Manage migrations, seeders, Eloquent ORM, and query optimizations. Implement authentication, authorization, and middleware effectively. 3. Frontend IntegrationCollaborate with UI/UX teams to integrate designs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Style responsive and modern interfaces using Tailwind CSS. Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility. 4. RESTful API Development & IntegrationDevelop, document, and maintain RESTful APIs for web and mobile consumption. Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient API communication. Handle JSON/XML data exchange and third-party API integrations. Work on Android API forwarding to support mobile applications 5. Testing & Quality AssuranceWrite and execute unit tests, feature tests, and API tests using PHPUnit/Pest. Debug and optimize code for high performance and security. Follow best practices for error handling, logging, and documentation. 6. Collaboration & DeploymentWork with DevOps team for deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.). Use Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control and collaborative coding. Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to project planning. Mandatory Skills: Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Core PHP and ability to build features without frameworks Expertise in MVC architecture Proficiency in Laravel framework (latest versions preferred) Frontend skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS RESTful API development & integration (JSON, XML, third-party APIs) Experience with testing tools (PHPUnit, Pest, Postman) Proficiency in SQL & relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) Version control systems: Git, GitHub Strong debugging, optimization, and documentation skills Good to Have (Optional): Knowledge of Vue.js, React.js, or Alpine.js for frontend enhancements Experience with CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with Docker and cloud deployments Understanding of payment gateway integration, queues, and caching Experience with Flutter app development for mobile solutions Exposure to Android API forwarding and integrations Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 1–3 years of hands-on experience in PHP Laravel development Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
