Job Description

As a Personality Development Trainer, your role will involve conducting training sessions for aviation professionals, students, and trainees. You will be responsible for enhancing soft skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork, and emotional intelligence. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting Personality Development training sessions focusing on Johari Window and SWOT Analysis for self-awareness and confidence building. - Enhancing soft skills like communication, leadership, teamwork, and emotional intelligence. - Providing grooming, body language, and etiquette training tailored to the aviation industry. - Organizing mock interviews, role-plays, and confidence-boosting exercises. - Designing and implementing interactive training programs to foster personal and professional development. - Assessing trainees" strengths and weaknesses to offer personalized feedback and guidance. To excel in this role, you should meet the following key requirements: - Education: Masters in any discipline (Certification in Personality Development preferred). - Experience: 10-15 years of proven experience in Personality Development Training (aviation industry experience is desirable). - Skills: Strong understanding of self-improvement techniques, including Johari Window & SWOT Analysis. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills with a dynamic and engaging personality. - Industry Knowledge: Understanding of aviation industry standards, customer service expectations, and professional behavior. Preferred skills for this role include: - Strong public speaking and presentation skills. - Ability to engage and motivate trainees effectively. - Knowledge of aviation grooming and behavioral standards. - Familiarity with corporate training methodologies and digital tools.,
