Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Vadodara, is for a Personal Secretary. The Personal Secretary will provide executive-level support, manage clerical and administrative tasks, and ensure the effective organization of daily schedules and logistics. Responsibilities include managing communication, maintaining records, arranging meetings, and providing strategic administrative assistance to executives. The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills to efficiently support operational functions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Personal Assistance, including scheduling and appointment management
• Strong Clerical Skills and experience in record-keeping, filing, and documentation
• Expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and handling confidential information with discretion
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Administrative Assistance, such as managing calendars, travel arrangements, and office operations
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using office productivity tools and technology
• Prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of general office practices are advantageous
