Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position, located in Vadodara, for a Personal Assistant role. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing executive administrative tasks, assisting with diary management, organizing schedules, and maintaining effective communication on behalf of their assigned executives. Additional responsibilities will include managing clerical tasks, arranging meetings, and ensuring smooth daily operations to support leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in Diary Management and Clerical Skills
• Exceptional Communication abilities, both verbal and written
• High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficient in using office software and tools for task management
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Experience in a similar Personal or Executive Assistant role is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification is preferred
