Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Personal Banker to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in liabilities, branch banking, or personal banking. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of personal banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Proficiency in using CRM software and other banking systems to manage customer interactions. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
