Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Assistant to the Sales Director to provide administrative, operational, and strategic support. This role is essential in ensuring the Sales Director is equipped with everything needed to meet business goals, lead the sales team effectively, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support:

  • Manage and maintain the Sales Director’s schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and minutes.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Sales Operations Support:

  • Assist in preparing sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance dashboards.
  • Track key metrics and KPIs, and provide regular updates to the Sales Director.
  • Help in managing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) by updating leads, contacts, and activities.
  • Coordinate communication between the Sales Director and the wider sales team.

Project Coordination:

  • Support the implementation of sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Monitor progress of projects and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Liaise with cross-functional departments such as marketing, finance, and customer service.

Client & Partner Engagement:

  • Assist in client communication and follow-ups as directed.
  • Prepare briefing materials for client meetings or sales presentations.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and ensure timely responses.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support, executive assistant, or coordination role.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of sales KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
