Personal Assistant to Director

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive female Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dewas, ideal for candidates with strong administrative and executive support skills. The Personal Assistant will handle executive-level administrative tasks including calendar management, meeting coordination, stakeholder communication, and strategic support. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage MDs calendar, meetings, travel, and communications - Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of MD - Handle confidential and strategic tasks with discretion - Prepare reports, presentations, and minutes for high-level meetings - Provide administrative and strategic support to help streamline leadership tasks **Qualifications:** - Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills - Experience in Diary Management and Administrative tasks - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Strong clerical, communication, and follow-up skills - Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a key support pillar in driving executive efficiency, we'd love to hear from you.
