Job Description

We are looking for a smart, organised, and proactive Female Personal Assistant to support day-to-day tasks, scheduling, coordination, and communication. The ideal candidate should be reliable, well-presented, and able to handle work independently with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Coordinate travel, events, and external communications
  • Handle emails, calls, and client follow-ups
  • Prepare notes, summaries, reports, and documentation
  • Assist in managing social media or basic content coordination (if required)
  • Maintain records, files, and basic office tasks
  • Work closely on personal and professional tasks as required
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely completion of tasks

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Good organisational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Professional behaviour and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Presentable and disciplined
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
