Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Noida for a Personal Assistant to the Director at IEC College of Engineering & Technology. The Personal Assistant will assist the Director with day-to-day activities, including managing schedules and calendars, coordinating meetings, handling administrative and clerical tasks, and organizing documentation and correspondence. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, effective communication, and ensuring the efficient management of tasks to support the Director's responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Proficiency in Diary Management and Administrative Assistance
• Strong Clerical Skills and organization capabilities
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as MS Office
• Experience in a similar position is preferred
• master's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field
