Role Overview: As an Assistant to the Secretary in an NGO located in Sector 15, Noida, you will be a key player in providing administrative support to the Secretary and senior management. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing scheduling, meetings, and coordination tasks for the Secretary, organizing office files and documents, handling phone calls and emails, and supporting in event planning and report/presentation preparation when necessary. Your role will also require maintaining confidentiality, ensuring smooth office operations, and assisting with various general office tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Manage scheduling, meetings, and coordination tasks for the Secretary - Organize office files and documents efficiently - Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner - Assist in organizing events and preparing reports/presentations as required - Maintain confidentiality with integrity and professionalism - Ensure smooth office operations by handling general office tasks Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in a similar administrative support role, preferably in an NGO or corporate setting - Strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities - Proficiency in office software such as MS Office and Google Suite - Preferred: South Indian females with a proactive work ethic Additional Company Details: The ideal candidate for this full-time position should have 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant to Director role, project coordination, and computer operations. This position requires in-person work at the specified location in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
