About The Opportunity

• Develop and execute comprehensive performance test plans, emphasizing load, stress, and scalability scenarios.
• Design and implement automated performance testing frameworks using industry-standard tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to identify performance bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution.
• Analyze test results, provide detailed reporting, and recommend performance enhancements to improve system reliability.
• Continuously monitor system performance under diverse test conditions and simulate real-world traffic patterns to validate system robustness.
• Maintain best practices in test automation and performance monitoring in an on-site work setting, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• Proven experience in performance testing, including creating, executing, and analyzing performance test plans.
• Strong proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Practical programming or scripting skills in languages like Python, Java, or similar for test automation.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, network protocols, and database performance tuning.
• Experience with continuous integration and performance monitoring practices.
• Preferred:
• Familiarity with cloud-based performance testing tools and methodologies.
• Previous experience working on on-site projects in India.
