Job Description

Performance Testing Specialist - Telecom Domain-Pune.

Job Summary

We are seeking a

Performance Testing Specialist

experienced in

LoadRunner

and application monitoring tools like

AppDynamics or Dynatrace

, with a strong focus on scripting, execution, analysis, reporting, and end-to-end project handling.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Testing
Jmeter/Load runner/App dynamics
Dynatrace
ALM
Develop and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner
Execute load, stress, spike, and endurance tests
Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and report findings
Monitor application and infrastructure performance using AppDynamics/Dynatrace
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for tuning recommendations
Prepare detailed test reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Handle performance testing as a standalone project owner (planning to closure)

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in LoadRunner scripting and test execution
Strong in performance analysis and reporting
Proficient in AppDynamics or Dynatrace for real-time application monitoring
Experience in project ownership or lead role for performance testing engagements
Good understanding of server, database, and application tuning
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
