Job Summary

Performance Testing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Testing
• Jmeter/Load runner/App dynamics
• Dynatrace
• ALM

• Develop and maintain 

  performance test scripts

   using LoadRunner
• Execute 

  load, stress, spike, and endurance tests

• Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and report findings
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using 

  AppDynamics/Dynatrace

• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for tuning recommendations
• Prepare detailed test 

  reports and dashboards

   for stakeholders
• Handle performance testing as a 

  standalone project owner

   (planning to closure)

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in 

  LoadRunner scripting and test execution

• Strong in 

  performance analysis and reporting

• Proficient in 

  AppDynamics

   or 

  Dynatrace

   for real-time application monitoring
• Experience in 

  project ownership or lead role

   for performance testing engagements
• Good understanding of 

  server, database, and application tuning

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
