Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Performance Test Engineer for a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will design, implement, and execute performance testing frameworks to evaluate systems and applications. Responsibilities include preparing performance test plans, analyzing system bottlenecks, conducting root cause analyses, and ensuring scalability and reliability standards. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and contribute to continuous improvement in testing procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar tools
• Knowledge of scripting languages and automation frameworks relevant to performance testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret test results and identify performance issues
• Understanding of monitoring tools and infrastructure to assess system performance in real-time
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Proficient in troubleshooting and optimizing high-traffic and high-load systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience with cloud environments, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus
