Jobizo is a healthcare job marketplace connecting doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals with leading hospitals and clinics. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive growth and ROI through paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and allocation of ad spend to maximize ROI
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to improve CTR, conversion rates, and CPL/CPA metrics
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations
• Drive lead generation, app installs, and conversions through full-funnel paid marketing strategies
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing
• Work closely with product and growth teams to align campaigns with overall business goals

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital marketing
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads; experience with other platforms is a plus
• Proven ability to manage and optimize budgets for maximum ROI
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, campaign dashboards, and Excel/Sheets
• Experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
