The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid campaigns on various digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing campaign performance, creating and managing ads, conducting A/B testing, and generating actionable insights to improve ROI. Collaboration with the content and design teams is essential to create effective and engaging marketing materials. Qualifications Strong skills in Paid Campaign Management, PPC, and SEM Proficiency in Data Analysis, A/B Testing, and Performance Optimization Experience with Digital Marketing Tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager Excellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment Proven track record of improving ROI through creative strategies Relevant experience in the field is preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience - 3 Years Show more Show less
