Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads tailored for real estate projects.
  • Monitor and improve campaign KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and lead quality.
  • Set up, track, and troubleshoot conversions using Pixel, GA4, GTM, and server-side CAPI.
  • Collaborate with our AI & tech team to connect campaigns with AI bots, CRM tools (Zoho/Neodove), and automated lead workflows.
  • Perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to maximize results.
  • Generate actionable insights through reporting tools like Google Data Studio or Excel dashboards.

Skills & Tools Required

  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search + Display + YouTube).
  • Strong grasp of GA4, GTM, UTM Tracking, and conversion attribution.
  • Experience with CAPI & offline conversions integration is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Neodove, or lead automation tools like Zapier, BotPenguin, Make.
  • Comfortable interpreting performance data and preparing weekly/monthly ad reports.

Preferred Background

  • 2–5 years of direct experience running paid campaigns.
  • Prior experience in real estate, high-ticket sales, or lead generation industries.
  • Exposure to AI, chatbots, and automation tools is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and ROI-focused mindset.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
