About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Ads Specialist who can execute and manage advertising campaigns across digital platforms. You'll be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive measurable results for MightyWeek.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels

Set up ad campaigns with proper targeting, budget allocation, and bidding strategies

Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimization decisions

Conduct A/B testing on different audience segments, placements, and ad formats

Track and analyze key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rates, and ROAS

Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI

Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations

Collaborate with the creative and content teams to implement provided ad copy and creatives

Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, new features, and advertising best practices

Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tags correctly

Requirements

Essential:

Minimum experience executing 10+ paid advertising campaigns from start to finish

Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager/Google Ads platforms

Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals including targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization

Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable optimizations

Experience with conversion tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.)

Understanding of key performance metrics and KPIs in digital advertising

Excellent attention to detail in campaign setup and monitoring

Must be willing to work from office in Jaipur or Gurgaon

Good to Have:

Knowledge of marketing automation tools

Basic understanding of landing page optimization

Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or relevant industry verticals
