Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
Track, analyze, and report on KPIs: CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate.
Collaborate with content/creative teams for ad copy, creatives, and landing page alignment.
Run A/B tests for creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
Ensure accurate tracking via Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Pixels.
Stay updated with platform updates, new ad formats, and industry best practices.
Manage campaign budgets with a focus on scalability and cost efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in performance marketing (agency background preferred).
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and reporting tools.
Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, attribution models.
Google Ads / Meta certifications preferred.
Strong communication & client-handling skills.
