We are now looking for a 360° Digital Marketing Expert—a strategist who can drive traffic, conversions, and growth across all digital channels.

Your Mission:

Google Ads (PPC):

• Launch & optimize Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads.
• Ensure every rupee spent delivers maximum conversions.

Meta/Instagram Marketing:

• Plan and run ad campaigns that move from awareness → engagement → conversions.
• Create engaging reels, creatives, and high-performing ads.

Data & Analytics (GA-4, GTM):

• Implement and track campaigns using GA-4, GTM & attribution models.
• Turn reports and dashboards into clear action plans.

Omnichannel Growth:

• Manage end-to-end funnels across Search, Social, Email, Remarketing, Affiliates, and UGC.
• Build product-specific strategies for our core items (Tension Fabrics, Media Walls, Light Boxes, etc.).

Experimentation & CRO:

• Run A/B tests and scale what works.
• Improve conversion rates, retargeting, and customer funnels.

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of proven hands-on digital marketing experience in e-commerce.
• Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA-4 (certifications are a plus).
• Comfortable with metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
• Data-driven, creative, and aware of competition.
• Eager to experiment, scale, and grow.
• Ready to join immediately
