Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other mobile app advertising platforms.
⁠Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to maximize ROI in the mobile app space.
⁠Implement A/B testing strategies to enhance ad performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing regular performance reports.
Stay updated on industry trends and Google & Meta Ads best practices specific to B2C mobile apps.
Identify expansion and growth opportunities within existing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with marketing goals.

What We Require

•⁠ ⁠1 year of proven experience in performance marketing for B2C mobile apps (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar platforms).

•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in analytics tools for extracting actionable insights.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

•⁠ ⁠Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines
