The Junior SDR is responsible for prospecting, outreach, and qualifying leads for compliance solutions in digital advertising and for performance marketing. They won’t close deals; their job is to book qualified calls with agency owners, advertisers, and performance marketers for the founder/closer. Responsibilities Research and identify potential leads (agencies, advertisers, DTC brands). Execute outbound campaigns via Email, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Warmly follow up with prospects until they respond or decline. Use a CRM (Zoho / Hubspot) to log activities, update pipelines, and track progress. Book discovery calls for the founder/closer. Collaborate with marketing for messaging, case studies, and lead magnets. Qualifications Graduates or Post-graduates, an MBA is preferred Strong written and verbal English (for LinkedIn/email outreach) Experience in tools like Zoho CRM, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads Experience : 0–2 years in sales, customer support, or digital marketing. Fresh grads can work if trainable.
