Job Description

The Junior SDR is responsible for prospecting, outreach, and qualifying leads for compliance solutions in digital advertising and for performance marketing. They won’t close deals; their job is to book qualified calls with agency owners, advertisers, and performance marketers for the founder/closer.



Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads (agencies, advertisers, DTC brands).
  • Execute outbound campaigns via Email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Warmly follow up with prospects until they respond or decline.
  • Use a CRM (Zoho / Hubspot) to log activities, update pipelines, and track progress.
  • Book discovery calls for the founder/closer.
  • Collaborate with marketing for messaging, case studies, and lead magnets.


Qualifications

  • Graduates or Post-graduates, an MBA is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal English (for LinkedIn/email outreach)
  • Experience in tools like Zoho CRM, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads
