Junior Sales Representative

As a Business Development and Sales professional focusing on the Charter business vertical, your role is crucial in promoting the product and driving growth by understanding the needs of both B2B and B2C users. Your responsibilities include: - Developing the Charter business vertical with a focus on 70% B2C and 30% B2B segments. - Creating processes to enhance the internal efficiency of the business operations. - Supporting Operations and Customer Experience teams to identify user needs effectively. - Analyzing market trends in collaboration with the Planning team. To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development and Sales. - Prior experience in selling in the US market is essential. - Exceptional communication skills and high energy levels. - Passion for sales with strong convincing abilities. - Proficient in engaging clients, resolving queries promptly, and following up regularly. - Tech-savvy with the ability to work on no-code platforms and understand technical concepts. - Strong process orientation, documentation skills, and familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets. - Willingness to work during US hours and support operations on a 24*7 basis. - Openness to learning, adaptability, and problem-solving attitude. - Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with a remote team. - Knowledge of logistics will be advantageous for this role.
