Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns for our healthcare and education verticals. The role involves end-to-end ownership of campaigns with a focus on lead generation, ROI optimization, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in market research and sales
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategy
• Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing campaigns
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Location: Hyderabad 

Salary: ₹35,000–40,000/month

Experience: 2–3 years

Responsibilities

- Run and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads

- Manage lead generation for hospitals and admissions

Conduct keyword research, targeting, and A/B testing

- Monitor and report campaign performance (GA4, GTM, dashboards)

- Collaborate with creative/content teams for landing pages and ads

- Ensure effective budget utilization

- Leads Remarketing, Creating Custom Audiences

- Leads Data Exporting from CRM, Formating, Sending Customizable Marketing Campaigns

- Handling Different SMS, Whatsapp, Email Marketing Softwares

- Making Crisp & Clear Marketing Reports 

Requirements

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM

- Experience with conversion tracking & ROI analysis

- Prior exposure to healthcare/education marketing (must)

- Relevant certifications are a plus
