Job Brief: AECC is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with a passion for continuous learning to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will lead performance marketing initiatives, driving customer acquisition through digital channels for both mobile and web platforms. If you have a knack for optimizing campaigns and delivering results, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of AECC’s digital transformation journey. Responsibilities: ● Campaign Planning & Execution ● Vendor & Partner Management ● Performance Analysis & Reporting ● Optimization & Testing ● Customer Journey Mapping ● Trend Monitoring & Innovation Experience: At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with in-house performance marketing in technology, e-commerce, travel, or mobile gaming industries. Proficiency in managing campaigns across major ad platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Twitter Ads Experience with ad networks for acquisition campaigns is highly desirable. Additional Skills: Basic understanding of ASO (App Store Optimization) and SEO. Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate meaningful reports. Creative mindset to identify target audiences and develop engaging campaigns. Knowledge of programmatic ad buying is a plus.
