Job Description

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid digital campaigns. You will be responsible for executing marketing strategies across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in digital campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Manage paid search, display, and social campaigns with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to create high-performing creatives and landing pages.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring campaigns are run efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Track user behavior using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar) to inform strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Proven track record in running ROI-driven campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, or similar.
  • Experience with keyword research, campaign optimization, and bid strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRO principles, audience segmentation, and funnel strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, pixel tracking, and tag management is a plus.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
