What you’ll own (day-to-day):

*Performance Marketing (Meta + Google Ads)*

✨ Setting up & managing Meta and Google Ads accounts end-to-end

🎯 Planning & running campaigns for traffic, leads & sales (FB, IG, Google Search, Display, etc.)

🛒 Driving website traffic & conversions with full-funnel strategies

📈 Tracking performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate) and optimising accordingly

🔁 Running A/B tests on audiences, creatives, ad copies & landing pages

🤝 Working with design/content teams to brief, refine & test high-performing ad creatives

*SEO*

🔍 Planning and executing SEO strategies for Website + YouTube + Instagram + LinkedIn

🧭 Keyword research, on-page optimisation, basic technical SEO checks & off-page strategy inputs

✍ Writing / editing SEO-friendly, meaningful content (blogs, landing page copy, meta tags, etc.)

🎨 Suggesting and implementing UI/UX tweaks that improve engagement & conversions

📊 Setting up and reading analytics dashboards (GA4, Search Console, Ads Manager, etc.) to derive insights

You’re a good fit if you:

- Have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and/or SEO

- Can independently run Meta & Google Ads campaigns (not just “assisted on”)

- Understand SEO fundamentals (on-page, basic technical, keyword strategy, content optimisation)

- Are comfortable working with numbers, dashboards & reports

- Enjoy experimenting with audiences, creatives, landing pages & content formats

- Can write clear, crisp, conversion-focused copy when needed

- Are proactive, curious and comfortable taking ownership (not just “following instructions”)

- Are NOT looking for part-time / freelance / only-college-project experience

- Want a serious, long-term role and to grow with the team
