Job Summary

data-driven and strategic Performance Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across platforms such as

    Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid media channels

    .
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution — from

    planning and budgeting to optimization and performance tracking

    .
  • Ensure all campaigns align with brand objectives and deliver maximum

    ROI and business growth

    .

2. Customer Acquisition & Retention

  • Drive

    new customer acquisition

    through targeted paid campaigns.
  • Build and optimize

    retargeting and retention

    strategies to increase

    repeat purchases

    and improve

    customer lifetime value (CLV)

    .

3. Analytics & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics such as

    CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates

    .
  • Utilize insights to

    optimize campaign performance

    , refine ad creatives, and enhance landing page conversion.
  • Conduct

    A/B testing

    to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

4. Budget Management

  • Own and manage the

    performance marketing budget

    , ensuring efficient allocation across channels.
  • Monitor spend versus performance to

    maximize ROI

    and maintain cost-effectiveness.

5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with

    creative, brand, and analytics teams

    to ensure campaign alignment and consistent messaging.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors (if applicable) to enhance campaign reach and performance.

6. Market Trends & Innovation

  • Stay abreast of

    industry trends, emerging ad technologies, and new media platforms

    .
  • Identify and experiment with

    innovative growth opportunities

    to keep the brand ahead in the digital marketing space.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in

    performance or digital marketing

    .
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns across

    Google, Meta, and other paid channels

    .
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like

    Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets

    .
  • Preferred background: QSR or Q-comm industry.
