Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include data analysis, managing ad spend, reporting on campaign performance, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure strategies align with company goals. The role involves utilizing various digital marketing tools and platforms to drive growth and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools
• Experience managing ad spend across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the financial or trading industry is a plus
• An international (especially UK) experience isa must to have.
