Role Overview-•   Managing performance marketing for Market Place and Quick Commerce partners•    Seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across digital channels. Will be responsible for driving traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI through platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and more.•    Will manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.•    Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions. -•    Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.•    Monitor daily performance metrics to understand performance and identify areas for improvement.•    Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates•    Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce high-performing ads and landing pages.•    Analyze data and present performance reports with actionable insights.Stay current on digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.•    Proficiency in analytics tools, CRM is a must.•    Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend and ROI targets are met.•    Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad policies, and platform updates. -•    MBA ( Marketing)•    3-8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing FMCG Industry Only.•    Proven track record managing campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads.•    Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel.•    Familiarity with attribution models, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.•    Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.•    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.•    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
