What You'll Be Doing:

Strategic Campaign Leadership

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and emerging platforms
• Manage ad budgets while consistently improving ROAS and conversion rates
• Define KPIs, target audiences, and campaign objectives aligned with client business goals

Performance Optimization & Analytics

• Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns with advanced bid management and budget allocation strategies
• Implement sophisticated tracking mechanisms using Google Tag Manager, pixels, and UTM parameters
• Conduct A/B testing across ad copy, landing pages, creatives, and targeting parameters
• Analyze campaign performance using GA4, platform analytics, and advanced data visualization tools

SEO Integration & Holistic Strategy

• Integrate SEO strategy with paid media efforts to maximize organic and paid traffic synergies
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation
• Optimize campaign performance through technical SEO insights and content alignment
• Drive traffic increases of 80%+ through coordinated SEO/SEM strategies

Data-Driven Reporting & Insights

• Create compelling performance dashboards and reports for clients and stakeholders
• Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on campaign data
• Utilize advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and forecasting
• Present findings to clients with clear visualization using Looker Studio or similar tools

What We're Looking For:

Essential Experience:

• 4-6 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in a digital agency environment
• Proven track record of managing multi-lakh monthly budgets with demonstrated ROI improvements
• Experience with campaign management across diverse markets and cultures

Platform Expertise Essential :

• Google Ads Mastery: Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max (Certification required)
• Meta Ads Proficiency: Facebook & Instagram campaign management (Blueprint certification preferred)
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager expertise
• Google Analytics GA4 advanced implementation and analysis
• Working knowledge of programmatic platforms (DV360) is a significant plus

Technical Skills ESSENTIAL:

• Google Tag Manager for advanced tracking implementation
• SEO/SEM tools proficiency (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner)
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
• CRM and Email Marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Active Campaign)
• WordPress and CMS platforms for landing page optimization
• Excellent understanding of performance marketing KPIs (e.g., CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rate).
