Key Responsibilities: Provide direct support to the Director on Aum Sah Foundation projects. Handle administrative and operational tasks with strong attention to detail. Manage communications in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and Excel sheets with high accuracy. Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and event vendors. Assist in planning and executing events, workshops, and outreach activities. Manage schedules, follow-ups, and day-to-day tasks to ensure timely completion. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally ERP, GST compliance, TDS processing, and statutory compliances . This role requires a professional with accounting experience who can ensure accuracy in financial reporting while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
