Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. The role includes managing budgets, analyzing performance data, conducting A/B tests, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. The individual will be expected to stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Online Advertising, and PPC campaigns
• Experience with A/B Testing, Data Analysis, and Performance Metrics
• Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing marketing budgets
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• International Experience (UK & USA) is a must.
