Performance Marketing Manager


You’ll own the full paid social engine, from targeting to creative. That means developing sharp messaging, writing scroll-stopping copy, and briefing high-impact visuals (UGC, video, carousels) that fuel performance. Expect full autonomy, fast feedback loops, and real impact.


What You’ll Be Responsible For

Paid Social Strategy & Execution

  • Own our paid acquisition across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), from campaign setup to optimisation
  • Define campaign structure by funnel stage, country, audience segment, and intent
  • Build high-performance campaigns using the right mix of formats: UGC, carousels, reels, static, testimonial, etc.


Attribution, Measurement & Budget Allocation

  • Use a mix of in-platform metrics and post-lead data (HubSpot, CRM) to measure true performance
  • Optimise for SQLs, demo attendance, and win rate - not just CPL
  • Allocate spend across regions based on a scoring matrix of volume, CPL, SQL rate, and deal size
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting with clear insights and next steps


Creative Testing & Briefing

  • Own the full creative feedback loop: write briefs, test variations, analyse performance
  • Use structured creative testing frameworks (e.g. hook × format × audience) to guide experiments
  • Collaborate with internal designers and editors on new visuals, motion graphics, and UGC-style content
  • Identify fatigue early and refresh creative before performance drops
  • Pitch and lead new ideas for videos, customer testimonials, and thumb-stopping visuals


What Success Looks Like

  • Lead volume increases and lead quality improves quarter over quarter
  • Budget is reallocated weekly based on data, not gut feel
  • Campaigns are always testing something new, and we’re learning fast
  • 15+ new video creatives and 15+ static creatives being launched and tested each month. 
  • You are proactively driving the strategy forward, not waiting to be briefed on your next task


You Should Apply If…

  • You’ve run Meta campaigns that consistently convert into real pipeline and revenue. Bonus points if this was for a B2B SaaS company
  • You’ve managed $10k–$50k/month in ad spend and scaled winning campaigns confidently
  • You understand the full funnel - from targeting to ad to lead to deal
  • You write sharp copy, know what makes someone stop scrolling, and can brief great video creatives
  • You’re analytical, curious, and proactive - you don’t wait for direction
  • You love working in a fast-paced team that moves fast, tests fast, and learns fast


Bonus Points

  • Experience in restaurant tech, foodservice SaaS, or hospitality
  • You’ve worked with UGC creators and/or managed paid influencer partnerships
  • Comfortable editing ads in tools like Canva, CapCut, or basic Figma
