🎯 WordPress Developer (Full-Time | Remote-Friendly | 3 Months) Location: Remote-first with occasional meetings in Vadodara/Surat Duration: 3 months (with opportunity to grow into a partner role) About Us We're a small, agile team of 5–7 tech enthusiasts working on global-scale software products across industries. While we specialize in large-scale full-stack development, we’re now building a dedicated WordPress development division to cater to the demand for small- to mid-scale WordPress projects. This is a chance to join us at the ground level, contribute to meaningful client work, and grow into a core partner in our WordPress team. 🛠 What You’ll Be Doing Build and customize websites using popular themes, plugins, and page builders (like Elementor, WPBakery, WooCommerce etc.) Perform site maintenance, support tasks, and minor troubleshooting Take part in ground-up WordPress website setups Collaborate with designers and backend developers to bring client visions to life Work with tools like Git for version control and communicate progress via project management tools 🌱 What We’re Looking For We don’t expect you to be an expert — but we do want to see passion, willingness to learn, and some experience working on real projects (even personal ones). Required Skills: Existing projects to show is a must. Basic understanding of WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Familiarity with popular themes and plugins (e.g., Elementor, ACF, WooCommerce) Understanding of how to navigate the WordPress ecosystem efficiently Version control knowledge (Git) Good communication and time management Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience converting Figma designs to WordPress Basic SEO knowledge Page speed optimization understanding Familiarity with web hosting, migrations, and security basics 🧩 Internship Details Type : Full-time internship (3 months) Location : Remote-first with occasional in-person meetings in Vadodara/Surat Stipend : Fixed pay during internship Post-internship : Opportunity to become a core partner in the WordPress team and share revenue from future projects 🚀 This is for you if...
