Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube to generate leads, appointments, and measurable business outcomes for our healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Own and manage performance campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube)

✅ Build and optimize high-converting lead funnels

✅ Monitor daily KPIs (CPL, ROAS, conversion rates)

✅ Lead A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages

✅ Collaborate with design and strategy teams to improve ad performance

✅ Prepare and present reports to clients with clear ROI metrics

Requirements:

🔹 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing

🔹 Strong background in agency environment with multiple client accounts

🔹 Proven success in healthcare campaigns (especially clinics or hospitals)

🔹 Deep understanding of ad platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads

🔹 Familiar with landing page optimization and analytics (GA4, Hotjar)

🔹 Strong analytical and communication skills
