What You’ll Do

• Own

  execution and optimization

  on Meta Ads + Google Ads for multiple D2C and lead-gen accounts.
• Analyze performance and

  share sharp, no-fluff reports

  that matter to decision-making.
• Spot bottlenecks — whether it’s the ad, the audience, or the funnel.
• Collaborate with me directly on

  strategy + experiments

  across audiences, creatives, and offers.
• Stay ahead of

  platform shifts

  and bring new ideas proactively.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum

  2 years hands-on experience

  in Meta Ads or Google Ads (preferably both).
• Strong grasp of

  reporting, GA4, and Excel/Sheets

  (pivots, lookups, cleaning).
• Ability to explain performance simply (client-friendly communication).

• Ownership mindset

  – you don’t wait to be told, you take initiative.
• Comfort working in a

  remote, output-focused setup

  .
