Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager based in Kottarakara. The role involves managing, implementing, and optimizing performance-based marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include overseeing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads and social media platforms), monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, conducting competitor research, managing ad budgets, designing data-driven strategies, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with creative teams to develop seamless marketing assets and campaigns.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in campaign optimization, budget management, and performance analysis using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to design and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills with a creative and results-oriented approach.
  • Experience with competitive analysis and consumer behavior insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Familiarity with brand building and customer acquisition strategies is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
