Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for Service Industry Manage affiliate marketing campaigns across various channels (SEM, SEO) to maximize ROI. Analyze performance data using Google AdWords and Google Analytics to optimize ad spend and improve conversion rates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate growth marketing efforts with product development and customer success initiatives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Desired Candidate Profile 7-10 years of experience in Growth Marketing or related field (Service Industry Preferred). MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization). Proven track record of developing successful growth strategies that drive business results. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEM, SEO, Affiliate Marketing.
