Are you a seasoned training professional with a passion for leadership and process excellence? We are looking for a Training Manager to oversee the training needs of a large team employees in the US Healthcare RCM domain.
1 - Leading and mentoring a team of trainers to ensure impactful training delivery
2- Developing and enhancing training programs, including SOPs, guides, and assessments3 - Executing training deliverables, audits, and Performance Knowledge Transfer (PKT) calibrations4- Monitoring and optimizing new hire training and performance tracking5- Conducting certification programs and skill-enhancement workshops for trainers6- Ensuring compliance with training governance and maintaining training reports.
1- 10+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM
2- Strong understanding of Medical Billing, AR Collections, and Denial Management3- Proven expertise in training strategy, process improvement, and quality assurance4- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
5- Looking for someone who is convenient for working in U.S Shift.
