You will be joining our team as a Fashion Designer specializing in Western Wear, based in Jaipur. In this full-time, in-house role, you will play a crucial part in creating stylish and versatile western apparel that caters to a diverse customer base. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing western wear collections, utilizing AI-based tools for design ideation and prototyping, and working with 3D fashion design software like CLO 3D. Additionally, you will be expected to produce detailed technical sketches, collaborate with fabric sourcing and production teams, and interpret fashion trends for creating commercially viable designs. To excel in this role, you should have a strong portfolio showcasing western wear designs, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and knowledge of AI design platforms such as Midjourney, Firefly, or DALLE. A solid understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and fit principles is essential, along with a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or equivalent.
