Job Description

Seeking a Performance Marketer for an Apparel brand in Mumbai!

Key Responsibilities

Create a multi-channel plan to deliver Monthly & Quarterly D2C business goals
Drive performance on various marketing channels: Meta, Google, Instagram, YouTube, as well as Organic, Direct and Affiliate sources of revenue and traffic
Come up with insights regularly on Creative themes: what’s working, what’s not working. Accordingly, brief the Creative team to ensure we have high-performing material across the funnel
Own Website optimisation and A/B testing to deliver conversion rates
Track full funnel metrics closely & ensure everything is in order
Ownership of customer Retention Marketing activities that add Value to the Customers & deliver high Customer Satisfaction

Job Qualifications

3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a track record of driving consistent growth for D2C brands, from the brand or agency side
Experience working on Apparel brands will be a plus
Strong understanding of drivers that influence Growth on D2C, and various Metrics along the funnel that ultimately deliver high ROAS
Ability to understand the Creative Strategy & recommend changes
Working knowledge of Retention tools & Customer journeys
Top-notch problem-solving & analytical skills
