About the Role We are seeking a highly driven and data-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growth team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in digital marketing and experience managing significant ad spends, optimizing campaigns, and owning performance KPIs across multiple channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (product, content, data, and business) to scale user acquisition, improve conversion funnels, and drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Paid Marketing & Media Buying Manage and optimize end-to-end paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, DV360, etc. Drive cost-efficient acquisition and retention strategies across lending, commerce, and fintech offerings. Ensure CAC, ROI, and ROAS goals are met consistently while staying within budget. SEO & Organic Growth Own and implement the SEO strategy to drive qualified organic traffic. Work with the content and tech team to ensure on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices. Analytics & Reporting Track, analyze, and report performance metrics across all marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Mixpanel, and Excel/Sheets. Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and customer lifecycle metrics. Content & Conversion Optimization Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-converting ad copies, landing pages, and campaign content. Run A/B tests on creatives, CTAs, and page layouts to improve funnel conversions. Cross-Team Collaboration Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to align on user journeys, attribution modeling, and growth initiatives. Provide marketing insights to inform product development and new launches. Growth Experiments & Innovation Test new digital channels and campaign formats to identify additional levers for growth. Run quarterly pilots with emerging adtech tools and platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing, preferably in a high-growth tech or fintech startup. Proven track record of managing annual media spends upwards of ₹5–10 Cr . Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and Analytics platforms. Excellent understanding of attribution models, customer acquisition funnels, and retention strategies. Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally. Highly analytical, with strong decision-making capabilities even in ambiguous situations. A self-starter with ownership mindset and results-driven approach. Nice to Have Experience in the fintech space or understanding of lending/commerce ecosystem in India. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., MoEngage, Clevertap).
