About the Role:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance channels including Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms. You will work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to drive measurable growth, improve ROAS, and deliver data-backed insights. Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads( Search, Performance max, Demand Gen and App), Meta, Affiliates & New channels

Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Mixpanel, and Appsflyer

Develop actionable insights using Looker Studio dashboards, customer cohorts, and funnel analysis

Drive omnichannel strategies by integrating CRM tools, store visits data, and offline attribution models

Own the revenue goals for D2c, and Develop performance-driven strategies to acquire customers, increase ROI, and achieve Revenue, CAC s, and ROAS targets.

Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to identify the most effective combinations.

Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel and marketing dashboards to generate actionable insights.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, content, design, engineering and product teams to align messaging and ensure a seamless user journey.

Manage media budgets effectively to maximize return on investment and allocate spend based on performance trends.

Report daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics to stakeholders, highlighting key results, learnings, and optimization opportunities.

Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising and marketing analytics.

Mentor junior team members, work with external affiliate partners, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to best practices.

Google Ads Mastery
