What You’ll Do

• Run Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest Ads
• Optimize for ROI, CAC, ROAS
• Own the funnel from click → conversion → retargeting
• Work with designers & sales to deliver high-quality leads
• Drive campaigns that scale multiple brands across India

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years in performance/digital marketing
• Proven success in lead generation & ROAS optimization
• Strong with analytics, A/B testing, and creative strategy
• Experience in e-commerce / interior design / lifestyle brands = plus
